Dues & Assessments

Pinnacle HOA Dues for 2024 remain at $425 and are due February 29th May 20th (extended). Dues submitted after May 20th are subject to late fees and interest. 

 

Please make Check/Money Order payable to Pinnacle HOA and mail/drop-off to the following address:

Please note there is a 3.5%  transaction fee for credit cards and flat fees for debit($5.00) and Echeck ($1.95)
