
Exterior Modifications
To ensure compliance with the neighborhood covenants, an application must be submitted and approved by the board PRIOR to any work being done. Access to the form can be found in your homeowner portal documents.
Ways to submit your application:
1. Login into your portal and choose new request.
2. Email it to general@alphahoa.com.
3. Mail or drop it off to the address below.
Common submissions include (but are not limited to) the addition of fences, porch/patio additions, basketball goals, or room additions.
