Exterior Modifications / Architectural Requests

All Exterior Modifications or Architectural Requests must be submitted prior to construction to ensure that that the modifications meet the requirements of the Pinnacle  Deeds of Restrictions.

 

Exterior modifications are often referred to as 'architectural requests' or 'ARC requests'. 

 

To ensure compliance with the neighborhood covenants, an application must be submitted and approved by the board PRIOR to any work being done.  Access to the form can be found in your homeowner portal documents.

 

Examples of external modifications are fences, decks, patios, siding replacements, room additions, solar panels, basketball goals, etc

 

How to submit an Exterior Modification (or 'ARC Request'')

 

1.  Login into your Homeowner portal and choose 'Requests'.

2. Choose 'ARC Request' (short for 'architectural request')

3.  Following the instructions to submit it
