This 2010 Master Addendum overrides and amends the all the original Covenants in the following sections:
Fences, basketball goals, garbage cans, satellite dishes, subdivision/one building per lot, sheds, roof pitch, storage of vehicles, amendments process, radon pipes, propane gas tanks, portable storage units, pools, gardens, and rain barrels: 
 
 
 
For all other sections / restrictions that are not covered by the above 2010 Addendum, refer to the Original Covenants (below) for your specific address.
