These are the documents that dictate HOW the Homeowners Association is run:
Deed of Restrictions (Covenants):
These are the documents that dictate the STANDARDS / RESTRICTIONS (i.e. the 'WHAT') on the properties in the Homeowners Association which the HOA enforces.
Addendums/Policies
Note: Pinnacle was developed in 29 individual sections or 'plats' from 1994 to 2006 each with their own individual Deeds/Covenants.
These Master Addendums / Policies unified and made consistent most (but not all) of the neighborhood restrictions:
This 2010 First Master Addendum overrides and amends the all the original Deeds / Covenants in the following sections:
Fences, basketball goals, garbage cans, satellite dishes, subdivision/one building per lot, sheds, roof pitch, storage of vehicles, amendments process, radon pipes, propane gas tanks, portable storage units, pools, gardens, and rain barrels.

This 2014 Second Master Addendum overrides and amends the all the original Deeds/Covenants in the following sections:
Exterior building materials (i.e. stone work is acceptable).

This 2019 Policy created new uniform restriction on short term rentals that applies to the entire neighborhood.

For all other sections / restrictions that are not covered by the above Addendums, refer to the Original Covenants (below) for your specific address.
