On behalf of the Pinnacle Homeowners Association, let us welcome you to the community. We hope you find Pinnacle a warm, friendly and safe place to live. We are contacting you to provide some important information about your neighborhood association.
The Association’s day to day activities are administered by Alpha Association Management. Please visit the Pinnacle website, www.pinnaclehoa.org, for detailed information about the Association and to create an account.
If you would like to construct a fence or make a change to the outside of your home please visit www.pinnaclehoa.org and download the exterior modification application under (Deeds and Restrictions). These activities require approval by the Board of Directors of Pinnacle prior to commencement.
The Association’s activities are funded by mandatory property assessments, which are billed uniformity to each home in the community. These fees finance the administrative and maintenance activities of the Association. If you purchased your home after the first of the year, the fee is reduced by a pro-rata amount. Any payments made by checks or Money Orders need to be made payable to the Pinnacle Homeowners Association and mailed to Alpha Association Management, P.O. Box 87275, Carol Stream, IL 60188-7275.
