Pinnacle Clubhouse & Pool Rentals
The Pinnacle Clubhouse
The tastefully decorated clubhouse features two flat panel TVs, one 75 and one 65 inch. It is available to any Pinnacle resident for your next gathering, family reunion, graduation, birthday, anniversary, or general party rental. We estimate it will hold between 80-100 people. Access to the pool can be provided for any clubhouse rental for an additional fee during the Summer Pool Season.
Pricing:
Clubhouse: $50 per hour ($100 for non-HOA Members)
Cleaning Fee: $145 (mandatory)
Security Deposit: $500 (refundable after rental)
Booking Fee- $35 to book the reservation for the event
Example:
You want to rent the clubhouse for 2 hours:
50.00 (member rate) x 2 (hours of rental) = 100.00 + 145.00 (cleaning fee) + 35.00 (booking fee) = 280.00 (check #1)
500.00 (refundable security deposit) = 500.00 (check #2)

Homeowners can log into your homeowner portal and go to "Calendar & Events" to view the most up-to-date information.
NOTICE: Reservation dates are not held and/or confirmed until the reservation is booked within your portal, OR we receive the physical application and payments in our office.
We will update this calendar once we receive an application and it has been approved and paid.
