Pinnacle Clubhouse & Pool Rentals
The Pinnacle Clubhouse
The tastefully decorated clubhouse features two flat-panel TVs (one 75-inch and one 65-inch) and Wi-Fi, and comfortably holds an estimated 80–100 people. It's available for your next gathering — family reunion, graduation, birthday, anniversary, or general party rental.
The clubhouse may be rented by Pinnacle homeowners and by non-residents.
The Pool
During the summer pool season, Pinnacle homeowners may also rent the pool — on its own or together with the clubhouse. Pool rental is available to homeowners only; non-residents may rent the clubhouse.
Pricing:
Clubhouse
- Homeowners: $50 per hour
- Non-residents: $100 per hour
- Cleaning fee: $145 (mandatory)
- Booking fee: $35
Pool (homeowners only)
- Option 1 — Normal operating hours, Monday–Thursday (excluding holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day): $5 per guest, maximum 25 guests
- Option 2 — Normal operating hours, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: $5 per guest, maximum 10 guests
- Option 3 — After-hours rental (8:00–10:00 PM): $275 flat fee for the 2-hour rental, maximum 50 guests
- Booking fee: $35
How Payment Works
Homeowners: All charges are billed to your homeowner account upon approval and are due immediately. No security deposit or checks are required.
Non-residents: Payment is made by two checks submitted with the application:
- Check 1 — rental fee, cleaning fee, and booking fee
- Check 2 — $500 refundable security deposit (returned after the rental, following inspection)
Examples
Homeowner — clubhouse for 2 hours: $50 × 2 (hours) = $100 + $145 (cleaning) + $35 (booking) = $280, billed to your homeowner account.
Homeowner — clubhouse for 2 hours: $50 × 2 (hours) = $100 + $145 (cleaning) + $35 (booking) = $280, billed to your homeowner account.
Non-resident — clubhouse for 2 hours: $100 × 2 (hours) = $200 + $145 (cleaning) + $35 (booking) = $380 (Check 1), plus a $500 refundable security deposit (Check 2).

NOTICE: Reservation dates are not held and/or confirmed until the reservation is booked within your portal, OR we receive the physical application and payments in our office.
We will update this calendar once we receive an application and it has been approved and paid.
