The Pinnacle Clubhouse

The tastefully decorated clubhouse features two flat panel TVs, one 75 and one 65 inch. It is available to any Pinnacle resident for your next gathering, family reunion, graduation, birthday, anniversary, or general party rental. Access to the pool can be provided for any clubhouse rental for an additional fee during the Summer Pool Season.

Pricing:

Clubhouse: $50 per hour ($100 for non-HOA Members)

Cleaning Fee: $145 (mandatory)

Security Deposit: $500 (refundable after rental)

Booking Fee- $35 to book the reservation for the event

Example:

You want to rent the clubhouse for 2 hours:

50.00 (member rate) x 2 (hours of rental) = 100.00 + 145.00 (cleaning fee) + 35.00 (booking fee) = 280.00 (check #1)

500.00 (refundable security deposit) = 500.00 (check #2)
